All through Moses’ life, we see a passionate, justice-oriented person. Moses has a great plumb line of right and wrong. Sometimes he did really well--he had passion under control, and sometimes he didn’t do as well--he had passion out of control. When he exploded with legitimate passion, it got him into trouble and he made mistakes. There are 3 D’s that lead to leadership mistakes--Demeanor, Discipline, and Destination.
