Now is the time for this generation. No longer are we looking at the next generation, waiting for their moment to eventually arrive. NRP has shifted the perspective and is challenging them now—helping to harness and develop what God has placed in them for such a time as this.
ThisGen is what's happening TODAY. NRP is coming alongside pastors, churches, and leaders to equip young people to reach the next level while remaining rooted in the vision of their local church. Through video call training, study, strategic development, curriculum, vision support, and events such as the Youth Leader Intensive and the powerful summer Youth Camp, we are seeing ThisGen rise up like never before.
EVENTS
Each spring we host a YOUTH LEADER INTENSIVE. The heart for this intensive is to come alongside Youth Pastors and Leaders to equip them to develop a vision for youth ministry that is bigger themselves, equip them to develop and lead the a leadership team, give practical and easy to apply tips on youth ministry, and build relationships with one another. Each summer we host a YOUTH CAMP for middle and high school students (along with the youth leadership team). The days are jam-packed with worship, teaching, equipping, ministry, team building, and fun. The students come away talking about what God did just as much as they do about the fun they have. The culture at camp is something extra special. Click the button above to rsvp and for more information.
RESOURCES
We’re living in a cultural moment that is confronting this generation with bold lies—so we must meet it by equipping them with bold truth. As leaders, we carry the responsibility not only to preach the gospel but to make disciples who can "always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks for the reason for the hope they have” (1 Peter 3:15). That’s why we've put together this tool designed to help your students stand firm in truth and speak it with clarity and love.
Each weekly newsletter includes: 3 short videos featuring Charlie Kirk on a core apologetics or cultural topic, guided discussion questions, and a simple, clean layout ready for youth nights, small groups, or just 1-on-1 conversation. You can even send it to your students in a group message to inspire some text conversation throughout the week.
This resource is meant to come alongside your discipleship efforts—to stir conversation, sharpen conviction, and train your students to think biblically in a secular world. Let’s raise up a generation that knows what they believe, why they believe it, and how to stand for it with both grace and courage. Click on the link above to see the archived newsletters.
We’ve put together ready-to-use curriculum to help you speak to your youth on foundational topics like creation, truth, and navigating cultural issues. Each lesson gives you clear teaching points and small group discussion questions to make prep simple and impactful. Use it as-is or make it your own—it’s designed to help you confidently lead students in understanding God’s Word and how it applies to their world. The NRP Student Leader Cohort is designed to come along side youth leaders in raising up the next generation of world changers—students who know Jesus deeply, lead boldly, and serve faithfully in their local churches and schools. Through mentorship, training, and hands-on ministry opportunities, we’re equipping young people to walk in character, calling, and conviction. Our current syllabus is HERE.
This cohort is for students in 9th-12th grade who are currently serving as student leaders in an NRP youth ministry or who are being trained currently to do so. Youth leaders who want to see their students grow in spiritual maturity and leadership—don’t miss out on this opportunity. Click the link above to email Jason Tucker and let him know you have student leaderss that you want equipped and trained.
Jason Tucker serves as NRP’s ThisGen Director and has a deep passion for discipleship, developing leaders, and equipping students to live out their faith. He’s here as a resource for you—whether you’re figuring out how to build weekly messages without spending hours, navigate small groups, raise up leaders, tackle tough situations, or challenge your students to go deeper. Jason can also connect you with other youth pastors and leaders who are walking the same road, so you can share ideas, encouragement, and practical tools that make ministry stronger.
