We believe HEALTHY LEADERS equals HEALTHY CHURCHES.
Our calling is the local church. We advance the vision of the local church through covenant relationship, teaching and equipping, accountability, and support.
Jesus said, “I will build My Church.” The local church is plan A, and there is no plan B. Scripture tells us that God places every member in the church as it pleases Him. Every believer needs to be rooted in a local church, and every local church needs to be part of a tribe. A tribe that loves well, learns well, and goes to war together and for one another.
The Network of Related Pastors exists to strengthen the local church by strengthening its leaders in seven key areas. NRP is committed to:

A RELATIONAL NETWORK OF COVENANT FRIENDSHIPS
The Network of Related Pastors is built upon genuine covenant relationships rather than organizational affiliation alone. NRP believes that pastors and leaders thrive in community, not isolation, and provides a place where leaders do not have to walk the journey of ministry alone. Through relational care, personal connection, accountability, and shared wisdom, pastors are strengthened to fulfill their calling with confidence and longevity.
LOCAL CHURCH FOCUSED
At its heart, NRP exists to strengthen the local church by strengthening the leaders God has entrusted to it. Every conference, training opportunity, mentoring relationship, and ministry initiative is designed to serve and build the local church rather than compete with it. NRP believes the local church is God's primary instrument for discipleship, evangelism, and cultural impact.

NRP is committed to raising leaders who engage culture and advance the Gospel in every sphere of influence. Rather than retreating from the challenges of society, the network seeks to equip pastors and churches to bring biblical truth, integrity, and kingdom values into the public square via public policy, the marketplace, schools, families, and the communities they serve. NRP believes healthy leaders can help shape culture by proclaiming truth, living with integrity, and demonstrating the transforming power of Christ in every area of life. Churches linked together by choice and purpose become catalysts for lasting spiritual and cultural impact.

COMMITTED TO BUILDING STRONG MARRIAGES AND FAMILIES
Our network is committed to building strong marriages and families. Through initiatives such as Band of Brothers, NRP works to empower men to live holy lives in a compromised culture, embracing biblical masculinity, covenant relationships, and servant leadership. Our annual Flourish Conference for women is designed to encourage, equip, and empower women to flourish in every area of life and calling. Flourish seeks to cultivate spiritually mature women who impact their homes, churches, workplaces, and communities with the love and truth of Jesus. Together, these ministry initiatives reflect our conviction that strong churches are built upon strong disciples, healthy marriages, and Christ-centered families.
COMMITTED TO REACHING AND TEACHING THE NEXT GENERATION
NRP believes the next generation is not merely the future church but today's emerging leaders. For this reason, raising and equipping young leaders is viewed as both essential and urgent. Through ThisGen, the School of Ministry, youth initiatives, camps, and leadership development opportunities, NRP intentionally invests in the spiritual formation, character development, and ministry calling of young men and women.
WHAT WE BELIEVE

We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14) We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God, providing truth and direction for every generation. (2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:20–21; Psalm 119:105) We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man—conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, crucified for our sins, raised bodily from the dead, ascended to heaven, and one day returning as King. (John 1:1, 14; Matthew 1:18–23; 1 Corinthians 15:3–4; Acts 1:9–11; Hebrews 1:3)
We believe every person is created in the image of God, but has been separated from Him by sin and is in need of salvation through Jesus Christ. (Genesis 1:26–27; Romans 3:23; Romans 6:23; Ephesians 2:1–3) We believe Jesus’ death and resurrection provide forgiveness, redemption, and new life for all who place their faith in Him. (John 3:16; Romans 5:8–11; Ephesians 1:7; 2 Corinthians 5:17–21; 1 Peter 2:24) We believe those who trust in Christ will experience eternal life with Him in a literal heaven, while those who reject Him remain separated from God eternally in a literal hell. (John 5:24; John 11:25–26; Daniel 12:2; Revelation 20:11–15; Matthew 25:46)
We believe the Holy Spirit lives in every believer, empowering us to live a Christ-centered life, grow in holiness, and boldly fulfill God’s mission. (Acts 1:8; John 14:16–17; Romans 8:11–14; Galatians 5:22–25; Ephesians 5:18) We believe in the empowerment, baptism in the Holy Spirit, spiritual gifts, and the ascension gifts are active and available today, equipping believers to serve others, strengthen the Church, and advance the Kingdom of God. (1 Corinthians 12:4–11; Romans 12:4–8; 1 Peter 4:10–11; Ephesians 4:7–13)
We believe the local church is God’s primary expression of His Kingdom on earth, where believers worship, grow in discipleship, serve together, and reach the world with the Gospel. (Acts 2:42–47; Matthew 28:18–20; Hebrews 10:24–25; Ephesians 2:19–22)
