What's your best advice to new pastors?
Pray, then pray some more. Have a clear vision of what God is calling you to do. Develop leaders, then let them lead. Don't try to do too much too soon.

Excellent leadership and covering. Accountability and government for your church. Excellent conferences and fellowship. Biblically faithful. Provides encouragement, direction, and wisdom.
