What's your best advice to new pastors:
Always put family first and make sure to put God before the work. You can get so caught up in the work of God, that you forget about the God of the work. Be patient and allow God to bring His best into fruition. It is very easy to take matters into your own hands and work yourself totally into the ground when all along God had a better way of getting the task accomplished.
